At Live Easy Social, connection and community are more than just buzzwords. They're central to our mission. Leading this charge is Anna Wilson, our dedicated Social Manager whose passion for social support shines through in every event she organises for our older community.
Introducing Anna Wilson
Born and raised on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches, Anna brings a dynamic energy rooted in genuine compassion and commitment. A keen athlete in her younger years, Anna swapped the soccer field and netball court for laps in the pool and bike rides, embodying an active lifestyle that complements her role perfectly.
An animal enthusiast at heart, Anna shares her home with three lively dogs and has owned virtually every type of pet imaginable including Fezza, a memorable ferret known for his distinct personality.
Why Social Support?
Anna's journey into social support and aged care was inspired by a profound desire to help others. With over 17 years of experience in aged care and case management, Anna discovered her true calling in connecting older adults with meaningful social opportunities.
"After working with people with disabilities, I took a leap into aged care case management, and I've never looked back,"
Anna says.
"Helping older adults live fulfilling and independent lives, whether through services or social connections, is incredibly rewarding."
A Day in the Life at Live Easy Social
Anna thrives on the buzz of outing days, where meticulous planning translates into joyful experiences. Whether exploring Sydney Zoo, enjoying serene strolls at the Botanical Gardens, or soaking in the views at Watsons Bay, Anna ensures each event is memorable.
On quieter days, Anna meticulously coordinates future outings and collaborates closely with partner organisations to tailor experiences that reflect the unique interests and needs of Live Easy Social members.
